Shake Well Before Use:  After cleansing the face close your eyes and spray directly to the face and neck.  Or spray on a cotton ball and gently wipe your face and neck.  Allow to dry completely before applying a moisturizer.  Can also be used as a facial refresher.

Return requests are accepted for products that are unopened, unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  We must receive return requests within 14 business days of the date the product was received by you.  We will review your request and inspect the product.  All return correspondence is conducted via email at support@shopanaturalgirl.com.  We will send an email to confirm the receipt of your returned product and that your request is being processed.  Please allow 7 business days for your request to be processed.  Once processed, a follow-up email will inform you if your return is approved.  If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.  It may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account once the funds have been returned.  All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or refund.  Shipping costs for any returns will be the customer's responsibility. 

When will I receive my shipment:

A Natural Girl makes all products by hand.  Once your order has been received, we begin to process. Orders are shipped 5-7 business days after it has been processed.  All products are shipped first-class or priority mail via USPS. We offer free shipping for orders $50 or more.

Do you ship internationally:

We currently ship anywhere in the United States.  At this time, we do not ship internationally.
